hawkdriver Posted December 14, 2010 Share #1 Posted December 14, 2010 On the Operation Neptune equipment list, these gloves are mentioned as being part of the carried/worn uniform. However, I have been trying to research these and have had little luck in determining what they are. Can someone identify what exactly these gloves are? Are they chemical protective liners? What? mackinturk Posted December 15, 2010 Share #2 Posted December 15, 2010 any photos? from the name i'd guess chem suit glove liners. if they're thin white material and really long to come up your arms, then that's what they are.
hawkdriver Posted December 15, 2010 Author Share #3 Posted December 15, 2010 No pictures, that is what I am asking, if anyone knows what they are. They are listed on the packing list for the D-Day invasion, operation Neptune as an item, but I have never seen discussion, pictures, or any other evidence of what they are. If anyone knows what they are or has pictures of what they are, let me know.
