Sabrejet Posted October 30, 2010 Share #4 Posted October 30, 2010 I'm thinking possibly 50s? I have one of similar manufacture which I believe to be a 50s pocket patch. The WW2 design continued to be worn in the post-war era. Still worth $5 though, in my humble opinion! Sabrejet
doyler Posted October 30, 2010 Share #5 Posted October 30, 2010 Agree with Ian late 50s type. Here is a WW2 example. The design of the devil is a little dfferent

G-Company Posted March 2, 2017 Share #8 Posted March 2, 2017 Anyone have more examples of a WWII 508th PIR for future reference Eventhough it is allready a long time ago you asked for more examples, i thought i'd share the ones i have.
G-Company Posted March 2, 2017 Share #9 Posted March 2, 2017 As you can see on the picture's; all three have a different background; from left to right: darker grey, beige and brownish, The one on the left is likely to be worn on a uniform, the one in the middle seems (to me) the most original, the right one misses the white colour in the M1, shoes and body.
