Unknown WWII trunk/desk?

Hey there fellas, I need your help with this one. I found it for sale and its listed as a WWII trunk. Ive asked for more pics of what it looks like on the inside, but have not yet recieved them. Just from the looks of the outside do any of you have any idea what it could be? Ill post the pics of the inside when I get them.
