U.S. Navy Torpedo Boat Binnacle

Can anyone give me some information on this Binnacle. The compass indicates it is from a Torpedo Boat but that is the only thing I know other than the date 1918.

Here is a link that has a few photo's of US Torpedo boats.Nice Binnacle thought about getting one of those once no were to put it in the house.
