No, it is not It is from the Confederate Air Force a private group.

Its the Confederate Air Force a private organization that restores and fly's vintage WWII aircraft. The organization has a museum in Texsa I believe and chapters / squadron across the oountry. They fly in their aircraft for many airshows.

Actually, "Confederate AF" is no longer politically correct -- they have changed it to "Commemoritive AF" recently.
