dg0223 Posted September 3, 2010 Share #1 Posted September 3, 2010 In a large ribbon lot that I recently purchased, there were some attachments that I haven't seen. There's a tiny V and a huge palm leaf. I assume the tiny V is maybe for mini medals, and I have no idea what the palm is for. Any ideas as to the vintage? The V seems to be older than the palm leaf. Endgame 1945 Posted September 3, 2010 Share #2 Posted September 3, 2010 I think the palm leafs might be for a croix de guerre medal. Just a guess.

Rakkasan187 Posted September 3, 2010 Share #5 Posted September 3, 2010 I'm leaning towards mini medal device for the "v", just my humble opinion though.. Leigh..
Jack's Son Posted September 3, 2010 Share #6 Posted September 3, 2010 I'm leaning towards mini medal device for the "v", just my humble opinion though.. Leigh.. We've got a winner! And it's an older style device, I won't venture a guess at the time period.
