Tommymonkey192 Posted August 16, 2010 #1 Posted August 16, 2010 Over the weekend I picked up an Air Force OD shirt at the local swap meet. It has a 349th Military Airlift Wing patch and a squadron patch that I haven't been able to ID. Unfortunately this antique puter of mine will not let me post pics so I'll have to describe this mystery patch as best I could. It appears to be some sort of medical unit -- It's a blue subdued patch with a red cross and a globe. The top scroll reads "44th MSES" and the bottom scroll says "CARE WITH PRIDE." While I was able to do a Google search for the 349th MAW -- now the 349th Air Mobility Wing (an AFRES unit based at Travis AFB), I wasn't able to find anything on the 44th MSES. Any idea?
Mark1 Posted August 16, 2010 #2 Posted August 16, 2010 44th MSES = 44th Medical Service Squadron Mark
