43rd OMS

Here is a pic of the 43rd Organizational Maintenance Squadron from my collection, there is also another version with the eagle carrying a tool box, now my question is this, both are listed as units at Anderson AFB (on USAFPatches.com), however the 43rd BW was at Davis Monthan and Carswell, assuming there was a 43rd Periodic Maintenance Squadron, did these OMS designs follow the 43rd BW from base to base or is there yet another 43rd OMS design? Also, which design is older? Thank you in advance, Al
