Captainofthe7th Posted July 31, 2010 Share #1 Posted July 31, 2010 Are there any proven methods of safely removing a layer of lacquer from a helmet liner without damaging the original paint? This liner appears to have a repaint and then lacquer finish...I am not sure if the original paint is still there, but this is a low pressure liner so I would like to restore it to how it originally looked.
