Can nayone help identify these cloth insignia. The meritorious unit citation is for comparison. The "LP" and "gear" ones are the same size and construction is very similar, as far as thread, weave, border and size. the "D" is the sam size , but cut edge and on a wool? with backing. None of them react to black light except the center of the "D" on the back side. Any help or opinion is appreciated.

The bottom two are the C.A.P Mechanic Specialist sleeve insignia used August 1951- October 1961 and Liason Patrol Specialist sleeve insignia used August 1951- March 1954 worn on the lower sleeve. Robert

The top left patch is the USAF version of the Meritorious Unit Citation of WW2 era. They Army version has the OD background. It was also made in blue for the guys who received it during WW2 and transfered the new USAF. Disappeared when the USAF removed patches from the blue uniform by 1955 / 56.

The commando patch (British) is for the Commando DEPOT (training center). If it is on wool felt, it MIGHT be original.
