Airborne-Hunter Posted July 13, 2010 Share #1 Posted July 13, 2010 My friend recently acquired this patch at the flea market. I don't do squadron patches; but do any forum members believe this to be real ww2 period production? Also what is fair/rough market value on this patch? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks ABN

jpstout Posted July 13, 2010 Share #5 Posted July 13, 2010 Thank you for the xtra photos. So far, I like it and everything I have seen points to an original vmsb 143. I added a pic of mine for reference. best, pat
Johnny Signor Posted July 13, 2010 Share #6 Posted July 13, 2010 I have the Jeff Millstein book on WW-2 USMC aviation patches and your patch is Identical in all ways that I can see, so Iwould venture you have a "real" deal there, My guesstimate of vaule a "minimum" of at least $200.00 , those type of unit patches you just don't find everyday and in such great shape !!!!!
