Today I was going thru some boxes and found this experimental radio carrier that I have had since the early 1980's. This is a low level quality item. It has very light weight material, straps and buckles. It is unmarked except for the inked stencil. That pretty much explains what we were discussing previously. When I bought this pack and the next item I was told this was experimental SEAL gear. I have no way to prove that but also have no reason to doubt it. if any one has more info on either of these items I would appreciate knowing it.
