The decal is the insignia of the US Army Training Center (Fort Knox, KY). This was a basic training center during the Vietnam period, which is what this liner appears to be. It also provided advanced training in armor, and clerical MOS's. On the same post, but a different organizaton was The Armor School which ran armor OCS, and the basic and advance courses for officers. Got da Penny Posted April 15, 2008 Author Share #63 Posted April 15, 2008 Last week i had a sale on ebay that took FOREVER, and the buyer felt so bad that he sent me the " BERLIN " SHAEF patch that was his back in 49' AEF ARC cover that was his dads. and numerous pics "about 15" from his brother in Africa. with a few crashed Luft planes.
