Era ? for USAF 45th TFS patch

OK, last one of these. Wondering if anyone might be able to put a ballpark vintage or date on this 45th Tactical Fighter Squadron patch. Possibly Philippine made but just a guess. Thank you for your help.

Looking at how it's made I'd say overseas and probably late 70's early 80's, I had the same patch from latter years and it was a US made and much better in detail/quality.
