Segedunum Posted May 13, 2010 Share #1 Posted May 13, 2010 Yesterday, I was going through some of my old boxes, and I rediscovered these sargeant stripes. I got the stripes, back when I was a kid. I wonder if anyone can tell me if they are good, and if they are, which era they are from. I must admit that I don't know anything about cloth insignia. Thank's in advance. Segedunum Posted May 13, 2010 Author Share #2 Posted May 13, 2010 Looks like it has been glued to a card board, or something similar.
doyler Posted May 13, 2010 Share #3 Posted May 13, 2010 You have a set of WW2 Tech Seargeant stripes. This style worn on both dress and field uniforms. Turn them around so the rocker is on the bottom and point up. RD here is a chart from wiki(I dont use the info there much as it can vary)but the chart gives you a good idea on the rank structure and pecking order http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States...of_World_War_II
