USMCRECON Posted July 8, 2007 Share #1 Posted July 8, 2007 Here's one last item that I'm putting up for comment today. It's a USAF Colonel's uniform dated 1956. It has a decent rack of ribbons, sterling silver eagles on the epaulettes, bullion senior pilot's wings and post WW-II Nationalist Chinese pilot's wings above the other pocket. The Chinese wings look like they have a gold tint to them but they are tarnished silver. The tie and shirt are from the 80s and just with the tunic to complete the look. There is (was) a name on the tag but it's unreadable. The pictures below are posted FYI. Semper fi; Bill
Lee Ragan Posted July 9, 2007 Share #2 Posted July 9, 2007 Very nice set of blues. I really like the pin-on bullion wings.
