kyhistorian01 Posted March 20, 2010 Share #1 Posted March 20, 2010 A freind of mine gave me this seabag when he was moving out of state. He had picked up at a yard sale years ago and inside was a jumper with a 1st class Carpenter's Mate crow on it. I thought the artwork was nice and if anyone has any infromation on the 15th Seabees please let me know. Robert

Bob Hudson Posted March 20, 2010 Share #4 Posted March 20, 2010 Interesting: the Germans, Japanese and Americans all had a "15th Construction Battalion" in WWII. As for the American unit: there was a 125 page book published in 1945 about them: 15th construction Battalion - 2nd tour of duty in the Pacific, by Howard Friedman.
