The bullion on the skull and border look almost German to me, yet the back and red silk on the little square look Japanese. Anyone else notice this? I have attached a picture of a german made patch for comparison....Note the bullion on the lighting bolt with the bullion of the skull, and the bullion border with the other bullion border...nearly the same.
