Hey, guys ....

Does anyone know what the time period and usage of this chevron might have been? The stripes and horn are wool or felt; the base material is wool. It's about 9" tall by 6.5" wide.

It looks like a military academy or ROTC chevron. Check the thread below, which discusses a similar chevron.
