If one does a search on WB plastic ribbon Patent, it is on the web, they were made as early as WW1, WB as well as NS Meyers were bought out by Vanguard [ Vanguardmil.com] which has a chart on their site showing all the WB Ribbons with their Number, some of the numbers user have been changed over time.

I’m on the hunt for a 3/8” Wolf Brown Women’s Army Corps Ribbon and a 3/8” Wolf Brown China Relief Expedition Ribbon. I have an early 1950s WB salesman display board and it’s missing those two that fell off at some point in the last 70+ years.

Wanted to bring this back up to the top as 0811gysgt started this topic back in 2010 and his collection photos have been a great reference tool for what is out there. 

I want to share my collection of 3/8 Wolf Brown bars that I've collected over the years. Many of these I have been fortunate enough to acquire NOS examples of as well as extras of some. Some are tougher to find than others. I am always interested in seeing collections of these and what else is out there. I know I am still missing a good number of these; the hunt for others continues.
