I haven't bought anything from him myself yet, but HTC Reproductions has quite a good reputation. They've only got the canteen cover from your list at present though.

For Canteen Covers, E-Tool Covers, P1941 Packs, Cartridge Belt, Carlisle Bandages Pouches I would go to Juan at World War II Impressions.

For P1912 Canteen Covers and a good Carlisle Bandage Pouch you get one from Schipperfabrik.

For KABAR Scabbards I would go to Jerry at What Price Glory.

For M2 Jungle First Aid Pouch I would get an original or one from World War II Impressions.

 

For 90+% of you USMC kit I would get from World War II Impressions.
