APH-6....or HGU-2P...man hard to tell as the O-2 fittings are not right. at least they look add on to me. The Tape Job looks period Viet Nam and original to the helmet. "S T" could easily be the units tail flash. here is a shot of something close to your: www.best-of-flightgear.dk is an AWESOME site for helmet references.
