US82Bravo Posted November 30, 2009 Share #1 Posted November 30, 2009 These birds are from VS-21 and are a Grumman AF-2W (Hunter - radar equiped) Guardian and a Grumman AF-2S (Killer) Guardian. VS-21's Squadron History indicates the Guardian was the largest single-engined aircraft to serve the Navy. They are flying ASW operations near USNAS Agana Guam in July 1953.
