vostoktrading Posted November 21, 2009 Share #1 Posted November 21, 2009 Here's a couple of nice USO items from Hawaii during the War years. The pin on the top is sterling silver and enamel and is in the shape of Oahu, the main island of the group where Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Schofield Barracks etc. are located. The plastic covered paper pin-on card show an Island girl with a hibiscus flower in her hair. Jon.

Terry K. Posted November 22, 2009 Share #4 Posted November 22, 2009 Hi All, The USO is overlooked in my opinion. They did and still do great work, for little notice. I have a couple of pieces, but you don't see it. I know that I used them when I was in, thery are great! Terry

These women really did their part during the War to help out. Jon.
