siege1863 Posted May 23, 2007 Share #5 Posted May 23, 2007 I believe it to be 1943. If you look to the right of the girl's head, there is a series of numbers and letters. The top number is "43." This may be for the year. Then there is "W" which may be for the race. This is followed by "Br," likely "brown" for hair color or eyes. The next two numbers/letters is a guess. The "29" could be age. The last two numbers may have to do with department, etc. Her height is indicated by the scale to the left. None of the numbers are right for a weight.
