Thanks Jim, does it look to be a sweetheart item or possibly a reunion display piece? I many collect 644th TD items and not odd and end TDs but I will kind this one.

Is the cats head silk screened? It could be a converted pillow case.

Not sure if this is the place for this post but I wanted to share a WIA Purple Heart #140039 named to T/5 Louis R Gustaferro - Gustaferro was severely Wounded in Action while serving with the 601st Tank Destroyer Bn. during the Battle of El Guettar on March 23, 1943.
