Alternative Assessment Training wasn't so bad after all......

I had to travel to an Alternative Assessment Training today in Ohio. Our training lasted what seemed like an eternity, but after it was all said and done, I took a drive to a surplus shop down the road. The shop didn't have too much, but was able to pick up a 1971 dated MINT condition Lightweight Rucksack with no frame or shoulder straps. The surplus shop owner threw in two OIF Smart Cards from CJTF-7. One is for dealing with hostile crowds, calling in a MEDEVAC, etc. The other is pointers on Convoy Operations. All in all, not a bad surplus day. By the way, the LW Ruck will be up for sale very soon.
