I picked up this nice looking engraved WW1 354th Infantry coin bracelet at an antique shop today. I believe the engraving was hand done and is quite attractive. Trier is a German town. Enjoy the images!

Quite amazing...

 

Just yesterday I randomly came across a few pictures of WW1 era coins (various nations) that had been used for the equivalent of trenched (one might say?) dog tags.
