hotlead Posted September 21, 2009 Share #3 Posted September 21, 2009 Except those weren't blanks they were shooting, it was live-fire practice, my guess is that they were given reloads and at least one was in either a bad case or was loaded with a powder that burns way too fast for a rifle, like a pistol powder.
