KLR Posted September 15, 2009 Share #1 Posted September 15, 2009 Hello Picked up these belt in a collection I bought. The top one is a medical officers belt and is marked Mills Oct. 1917. The middle belt is marked Mills Nov 1917 and has 10 pouches. I think it is a BAR belt so thanks for any information. The bottom one is a 9 pouch with a removable pistol clip pouch it is marked Planet Brother 10 1918 . The pistol pouches are marked R.H. Long 7 18. LtRGFRANK Posted September 15, 2009 Share #7 Posted September 15, 2009 Top one is a surgeons belt. Middle on is a medical belt. Pouches held bandages( I've also heard it was used to carry Mills Genades) but is Medical belt. Bottom in Mounted Cartridge Belt. That Surgeons belt is "woW'. KLR Posted September 15, 2009 Author Share #8 Posted September 15, 2009 Hello Thanks for the info. I hadn't thought of the middle belt being medical. It came in the same group as this uniform. Kirby
