twhigham Posted September 25, 2009 Share #6 Posted September 25, 2009 Looks good except for the guy in the top picture holding his rifle like a modern soldier. Rock You mean the guy in top left? I missed that my first go-through but once you mentioned it I had to go back and see. You're right. Glad to see such a good number of VN reenactors in Belgium. Keep up the good work! It's still new here in Florida, but interest is picking up.
Steve B. Posted September 26, 2009 Share #7 Posted September 26, 2009 Looks good except for the guy in the top picture holding his rifle like a modern soldier. Rock There are two of them: Top photo the guy on the far left, and the guy third from the left is doing it too. That jumped right out at me, otherwise you guys look pretty good. Sgt_Rock_EasyCo Posted December 28, 2009 Share #10 Posted December 28, 2009 Nice pictures but make sure your guys don't hold their weapons in a modern high tactical position. Most troops in Vietnam used a pieces of Parachute cord or makeshift retention device. The high tactical position is used for primarily MOUT operations and by modern troops with modern slings that keep the butt of their weapon against their shoulder.
