hawk3370 Posted September 7, 2009 Share #3 Posted September 7, 2009 I need you wing guys to help me ID this winged badge. Thanks, Garth Garth, Probably a High School drill team cap badge or some misc private business. I have seen these in silver from several different trucking companies from the 1930's. It is not a military badge even tho it is designed using the NS Meyer 1918 style wing. Terry Morris  Dead on Terry. Even more probable it was for a trucking company from the 1950's and early 1960's . . . or a taxi cap service. Garth Thompson Posted September 7, 2009 Author Share #5 Posted September 7, 2009 Thanks men. Pretty much what I figured but I was leaning toward somekind of ROTC badge vice a trucking company. Garth
pfrost Posted September 8, 2009 Share #6 Posted September 8, 2009 HI Garth, I see a fair number of these. They are more than likely a local delivery or trucking company or taxi-cab company. Maybe from Norwalk Ca? I suspect that the date from the late 40's and into the 1960's or so. Patrick
