one50 Posted May 12, 2007 Share #1 Posted May 12, 2007 This is my first post and I'm real happy to be here. I'm excited to show you what I found today. I always get to see what you guys show off now it's my turn If you can help me with some of these that would be great too. I'm pretty new to collecting and hope you can help me out and give me some insite. I have a BIG shout out to SgtBrown, he sent me here. Thanks. Now for the goods. 2 Crickets (let me know your thoughts on these) 1 M-15 geranade sight (Can someone help me with the pouch I need to look for) 1 Booklet on saftey in transports. (It's a fun read) 1 booklet on Military personal affairs. (I love this kind of reference material) 1 book for Courts-Martial (M/Sgt. W.H. Walker anyone know him?) This is neat in that it's all marked up inside about a case of some sort or class notes. It also has a letter inside "Restricted" from Headquartes Third Air Force. Dated Oct. 22 1943, Tampa flordia. Subject: Cooperation with civil authorities.....it's about Sex vices and prostitutes and stuff By Command of Brigadier General SHERRILL Signed Sidney Kessler 1st LT., Signal Corps Assistant Adjt. Interesting little piece of history. Let me know what you guys think.

one50 Posted May 14, 2007 Author Share #4 Posted May 14, 2007 Your suspicion is correct Sgt.Brown I have been having a real fun time hitting all the local markets with dad. My goal is to find a G.M. Liberator in the toy gun section someday. What do you think about those crickets? 101st? 82nd? just toys?

As for the Liberator, talk to Grandpa. He has intimated he might sell his and he certainly would prefer it to go to "family". Good luck at the Nationals. You never know what will turn up at Sutlers Row. Tom
