swag Posted August 27, 2009 Share #1 Posted August 27, 2009 The only fact about this badge I have is that it is a Glider Badge, other than that I have no idea. There are no hallmarks or maker marks on the reverse. I'm not very knowledgeable with these things so I'd like some input from those with a better idea to help narrow down the when and where these were made. Here's the front. pfrost Posted August 27, 2009 Share #8 Posted August 27, 2009 I believe that these are WWII vintage and more than likely English-made (or perhaps Australian--hard to know for 100% sure). They look perfectly legit to me, but it is kind of hard to know based on the pictures alone. I see nothing that would raise any red flags. The theater-made pieces are worth considerably more than the American-made badges. Very nice
swag Posted August 30, 2009 Author Share #9 Posted August 30, 2009 Thanks pfrost, I suspected they were theater made.
