Do any one have onfo on M1902 sword with out a MFG stamp on it, but it has the Eagle and the US on it and the Artillary gannon on it one side, the other side has a cross flags on it.

The etchings you describe are regulation and appear, or should, on every M1902 saber produced for military purchase.

 

Sometimes manufacturer, retailer, and country-of-origin markings are not smartly stamped and difficult to see. Common areas are on the spine (top) of the blade, and under the leather washer in front of the guard if you have one installed.
