I was doing some cleaning in the collection, when I dug out this Experimental Navigational Chart Holder (Type ACIS/NCH-3). I have bought that one along with a grouping of a 4th ACS navigator who was in Vietnam in 1967/1968. I guess this has nothing to do with the year the Nav spent in Vietnam.
