The center circle is a globe or hemisphere with lines of latitude and longitude that I had trouble capturing in a photograph. Navigator perhaps? I haven't been able to identify them, but then again this is outside of my collecting focus. Are they even American? They don't seem to resemble British/commonwealth wings. Civilian?
