Compton Posted July 5, 2009 Share #1 Posted July 5, 2009 Hi, i need an opinion on these wings, the dealer from who they are has a good reputation but I just want to be sure which isn't odd, I'm doubting about the hallmark. Oh and originial ww2 issued wings were the combat stars that were put on them only welded? Cause I've seen some with pins in the back that were just bend to keep them on place.

Allan H. Posted July 5, 2009 Share #3 Posted July 5, 2009 I would have never expected to see what I am seeing on the back of the wing from what I see on the front, but I don't see anything that sends up alarm bells on the first wing. As for the methods used to affix the starss to jump wings- the methods are rather varied and easy to reproduce, so I would advise caution when looking to purchase any modified jump wing.
