Hello-does anyone know what this is ? A sweet heart piece ? production item ? It's pinback -sterling -10k gold B29 --Thanks 1st Sgt CES

There was a similar patch made of this design, it was ona round background similar to the 20th AAF, it could be a factory type or a 20th AAF made piece.

I would say it's a production item or a sweetheart piece. Either way, it's a commercial item and not a uniform insignia.

I just saw this on eBay and thought better pictures would be appropriate for this thread. It looks like a higher quality US made piece.
