mjerickson Posted June 16, 2009 Share #1 Posted June 16, 2009 I just recieved a set of USMC Green on Khaki platoon sgt. Stripes via E Bay. They are embroiderd and I tend to belive they are NOT WWII. When did the Corps go to the embroiderd chevrons vs. the wool aplicaied on Khaki drill???? I can post a pic if need by but I can tell you that on the obverse the edges are pretty crude and the colors are reversed. Meaning that the khaki on front is green on the back and vs vrsa.
