Brian Keith Posted June 1, 2009 Share #1 Posted June 1, 2009 What do you "wing" guys say? Are they good? Or did I waste my $30? Would you consider these WW II era? BKW
Gary Cain Posted June 2, 2009 Share #2 Posted June 2, 2009 We need closeups of the makers mark, the pin soldering, and take the picture in natural light. Right now they have a post 1960's look to them but that could be due to the lighting.

Nack Posted June 2, 2009 Share #4 Posted June 2, 2009 Right now they have a post 1960's look to them but that could be due to the lighting. And that's because of the finish, not the construction, right?
JLENG Posted June 4, 2009 Share #5 Posted June 4, 2009 For $30 I don't think you can go wrong. Does the hallmark have what looks to be a registered trademark above the "n"? If so it was probably struck in the mid seventies or later. I returned a set of dolphins the other week for this reason. I have a few WWII examples and all are hallmarked as seen in the picture below. Mid 70's
