I have a pair of OD shoulder marks with two black stripes. What rank would these be?

I've found a rank page that has OPFOR rank, though whether or not it's actually correct or up to date I don't know.

It has listed the thin stripes are Junior Sergeant

and the wider stripes as Senior Sergeant
