"Mark Jump Wing"

Recommended Posts

I picked up this pair of jump wing and very intersting enough there is no stamp or a maker's mark. Is this authentic from the WWII era?

It is rather common to find these wings without a maker's mark, but less common to find them without a sterling mark. I They do indeed appear to be WWII vintage wings though they continued to be issued with pins well into the early 1960's.

militarymodels

The wings look original WW2 period. If I remember correctly post WW2 production, 1947 and later perhaps (someone please correct if incorrect), were required manufacture code stamp on the back. Regards, Lonny
