CamoDeafie Posted May 14, 2009 Share #2 Posted May 14, 2009 on the covers i have, one is stamped Cover, Water Canteen, LC-2, DLA-100-84-C-4236 8465-00-860-0256 MOUNTAINEER LEATHER S INC , and the other is "Cover, Water Canteen, 1 Qt, 648500 860 0256 GSA 100 PM-C6481 POWELL MILITARY SUPPLY INC" now I'm not sure if the 2nd one is a LC-2, but it looks newer than the other one..the rest of mine are either marking washed out or copy EDIT: now i am not sure which is which!? lol. all i know is it refers to equipment, and likely contract numbers....i know LC-1 and LC-2 belts are pretty much the same with detail differences such as buckles used...and the "lc-3" which has the side release black buckles Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
