Manchu Warrior Posted June 2 #1 Posted June 2 I recently picked up this photograph that states across the bottom, “The Chaplain School, Harvard University, August 11-September 5, 1942.” I at first found it interesting that there were ten African-American officers in the class, obviously it wasn’t segregated, I then did a little research. With that said I believe the four chaplains that went down aboard the USAT Dorchester in February 1943 may be in this photograph. I believe I have found two of them and then my eyes bugged out. I will let the photos speak for themselves and I would appreciation any opinions or further information on the chaplains.
