adda91 Posted May 6 #1 Posted May 6 These two photos Come from Wikimedia. We Can see others photos with a Google research. These flight gears and flight helmet are in Hanoï in the place where us POWs were detained in jail ( thé " Hanoï Hilton"). It's a museum now . For thé museum , they belonged to the lieutenant commander john mc Cain who was shoot down in october 1967 ( us Navy a4 skyhawk pilot. VA 164 uss Oriskany ) In my opinion, most of them ( flight helmet/ oxygèn mask / survival vest ...) are usaf gears not Navy . Any idea or explanation ? Thanks Arnaud
