Need ID, ARVN Unit Patch On GI Uniform

Found this floating around from a Vintage Cloths site, a GI Ripstop, we guess a MACV Advisor, item sold.

 

Could not find ARVN patch anywhere, even checked around to see if it might be South Vietnamese Air Force, do you know unit?
