KathyB Posted March 18 #1 Posted March 18 My grandfather was in the Army Air Corps during WWI and in both a Photo Section and a Bombardment Squadron. In going through some of his large stack of pictures, I found these Roll of Honor photos with lists of pilot names. I don't know where they were taken and why he had these particular photos. Maybe it was an assignment or at one of the many places he was stationed over the those years. His name does not appear in the lists. I thought someone into WWI military history might find them of interest.
GWS Posted March 18 #2 Posted March 18 These are interesting. Could you post some of your Grandfather's photos? Thanks. Steve
KathyB Posted March 18 Author #3 Posted March 18 I posted a few in the What It's Worth section. I thought someone researching names would be particularly interested in these not for value as much as historic interest. I wasn't sure where to post them actually. Kathy
