yellowhammer history Posted March 18 #1 Posted March 18 Was at a antique store today and saw a pair of these pouches for $25 each and was wondering if I should have gotten them. I hate when I see things like this that I don't know what a fair price would be cause I don't want to over pay but I don't want to not get it and find out later that it was worth way more. Also the only ones i saw online were $30 and $50.
blitz67 Posted March 18 #2 Posted March 18 I always carry my cell phone with me. The internet has literally the history of human civilization at your fingertips, also sites like eBay and worth point. I wouldn’t have bought them, I think you did fine by leaving them right where they are. I know the short ones do good but even then it’s not worth the time to se them for $30. Taxes and fees will eat up any profit

Taxes and fees will eat up any profit Ebay can be a pain sometimes since people still over pay on things there, I was looking at some field gear sets and the prices were pretty high yet people were buying them. Also I tried to research the prices while in the store but I could not find much. I'm not really looking to resale I just prefer to get stuff as cheap as possible since I don't have a big budget, of course if I do get a good deal then I could easily make a good profit down the road if I sell the item.
