Greetings y’all, I’m Hayden. I'm familiar with this forum; it's very helpful for research, and I often have the same questions as others here.

 

A bit about me: I began collecting in 2016 and have since accumulated hundreds of items. While my collection itself started in 2016, it officially began operating under the name Heritage and Honor in 2023. Since then, I’ve attended numerous events and collaborated with museums to publicly display my collection, helping educate those who may be unfamiliar with history or simply want to learn more.

 

I primarily collect WWII and Vietnam-era items, but my collection is fairly broad. I have pieces ranging from WWI through the GWOT from several different nations. There isn't a specific category of items I avoid collecting, though I tend to find myself picking up more field gear and helmets than uniforms. Named items & groupings are easily some of the most interesting pieces to research and handle.

 

Although I've been around for a while, I'm always looking to learn more and help out where I can. I've already made my first post asking for assistance with a D-Day assault jacket I have coming in that will be used for displays at the shows mentioned above.
